Services:

• B. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Company and the client.

Client Obligations:

• A. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and cooperation required for the provision of the services.
• B. The client agrees to adhere to any deadlines or timelines agreed upon between the Company and the client.

Payment:

• A. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Company and the client.
• B. The client agrees to make payments promptly according to the agreed-upon terms.

Intellectual Property:

• A. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property developed or used in connection with the services.
• B. The client may use any deliverables provided by the Company solely for the purpose intended and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior consent.

Confidentiality:

• A. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the engagement confidential.
• B. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business plans, strategies, and proprietary information.

Termination:

• A. Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
• B. Upon termination, the client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to the Company.

Limitation of Liability:

• A. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
• B. The Company's liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the services.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on the Company's website.

By availing yourself of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
